Frequently asked questions

01. Why is there an application process for Natural Beaded Rows?

A service like NBR is so highly-personalized that it is almost impossible to make any kind of a price quote and/or to determine what kinds of color services will be necessary to achieve the desired end result. By answering all the questions and including the proper photos, you will be one step closer to achieving the hair of your dreams.

02. How do I know if a balayage or a highlight is right for me?

In the quest for the perfect blonde, it can be easy to get confused between all of the different techniques and jargon out there. When choosing the right method for you, keep the following in mind: classic foiled highlights are great for achieving a more uniform blonde look, and also allow the hair to be lifted higher for a lighter, brighter look. Balayage, on the other hand, is a hand-painting lightening technique that allows for a more subtle, sun-kissed look that can require less upkeep than other lightening techniques. Of course, your stylist is more than happy to discuss your options with you to help you choose the right method for you.

03. Why do you require a deposit to book appointments over the phone?

While our stylists main goal is to serve you, it is also important to understand that this is their career and how they support themselves and their families. The deposit policy was put into place to protect stylists from people no-showing and/or cancelling their appointments last minute. With that being said, we do understand that life happens, and our management team is always willing to speak with you about extenuating circumstances leading to a cancellation that would cause you to forfeit your deposit.
